President's Message
I hope that you and your families, including your business families, are all healthy and well as we continue to live in these unprecedented times. As spring comes to an end and summer begins, we continue to face unfamiliar challenges. I feel it is important that we focus on the positives. Florida is starting to reopen, with phase one in full effect now. This is the first step to finding some sense of normalcy; a positive sign we should focus on. 

Staff is back in the building to assist you with your real estate needs. I ask that you continue to be responsible and treat the staff and your fellow REALTORS® professionally as we familiarize ourselves with the new normal.

We will continue to keep you informed of the latest industry news and information as it develops. We will also continue to offer many online learning opportunities at no charge. These opportunities range from CE credit, contract classes, core law, and a variety of designation classes. This is a great opportunity to discover new designations and complete your CE hours. Additionally, NABOR® is supporting Collier County citizens in need through the NABOR® Helps program. This program has done such wonderful things to support those who care for us on the frontline and those who need care in our community.

Please know that each and every one of you are important to NABOR®. We are here for you and are committed to delivering the highest level of service to you and our community. Despite social distancing challenges, we will continue to work together to successfully help Naples area families with home ownership. On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, I wish you continued good health and safety, and much success too. Together, we will get through this to enjoy brighter days ahead.

REALTOR® License Renewal Deadline Extended to June 1, 2020
Anyone who still needs CE classes or credits for their license renewal has time to complete them online. NABOR®offers online CE classes, as do our education partners, for you to obtain the credits you need via online learning. View the class schedule on the NABOR®calendar HERE. Once you have completed your class requirements, you can go to DBPR's website and check your status HERE.

Florida Realtors® has prepared this guide so real estate brokers ready to open their offices to employees and customers can do so safely.
Unemployment Update
If you submitted an unemployment application on or before April 4, YOU NEED TO APPLY AGAIN. If you submitted an application on or after April 5, you DO NOT need to reapply. In both cases, independent contractors will be denied state benefits; once denied, the Fla. Dept. of Economic Opportunity will contact you with instructions on applying for federal benefits. MLS Support
MLS Support: Call 239-597-1666 with your questions and concerns MON-FRI (8:00am-4:30pm) or email mls@nabor.com.
MLS Billing: The fees and billing period have been reduced from $120 for 6 months (April–September) to $60 for 3 months (April–June). The timeline to pay your E-Bill has been extended from 30 to 45 days. The revised deadline is May 15, 2020.
Supra Lockbox: To purchase a lockbox, make an appointment by emailing supra@nabor.com. Your lockbox will be placed outside NABOR's main entrance upon your arrival to pick-up at the agreed upon time.
Supra eKEY: If you have questions or want to request e-KEY activation services, email supra@nabor.com. The Supra support line is 877-699-6787.

Membership Transfers: A membership transfer from one office to another will be completed as soon as the transfer appears on DBPR.
